Last year at the Summer Solstice event - JessE Designs showed off our first t-shirt design “metta” with over a dozen wonderful yogi friends wearing them as they enjoyed the evening yoga class. This year we’d like to showcase the next incarnation in the metta collection, “metta heart,” which describe this powerful concept. Everything Jersey City Festival

We’re riding the spring festival scene once again...  The Everything Jersey City festival celebrates community pride and harmony. It is TEN Blocks long (Central Avenue between Hutton and Congress Street) with FOUR stages of family fun, Music and Entertainment! Meet premier artists and artisans. Dine on delicious festival foods and take advantage of great one-day-sales at participating businesses and much, much more! Read the coverage in the Jersey Journal (5/21/2011): Everyone in Hudson County comes out to Everything Jersey City Festival.  The Festival runs from 11 am - 6 pm, rain or shine.

Back to Healthy Living & Wellness Expo

JessE Designs is teaming up with Stone Center for Yoga and Health in Teaneck, NJ at the up-coming  “Back To Healthy Living & Wellness Expo.”  This dynamic Expo brings together a range of products and services to empower women’s lives. There will also be career and business opportunities, nutrition & fitness for healthy lifestyles; business opportunities, plus spiritual and relationship resources. More than $3,500 in gifts to be raffled off.

Not only will be selling our fashion-forward t-shirts and postcards, I will be a featured speaker offering a short talk on "Managing Stress with Yoga & Meditation" at 2 pm.

Traveling North:
Follow Garden State Parkway North (toll road) to Exit 171. Left at traffic light off ramp onto Glen Rd. At traffic light turn right onto Chestnut Ridge Rd. At second traffic light make left onto Tice Blvd Hotel is 1/2 mile down on the left.
Traveling South: From I87/I287 (New York State Thruway), follow Garden State Parkway Extension South to SCHOOLHOUSE RD EXIT in NY (no exit number - last exit in New York). Turn left onto Schoolhouse Rd. Turn right at traffic light onto Summit Ave. Follow to Chestnut Ridge Rd and make a left. At the 4th traffic light make a right onto Tice Blvd. Hotel is 1/2 mile down on the left.
  
  

Leading Meditation @ Stone Yoga, Teaneck, NJ

Come join me as I lead the Monthly Meditation Circle this month at Stone Yoga. I am ecstatic to be leading the sit where I received my yoga teacher certification and where I started to learn how to meditate. You do not need any prior experience to attend.  The sit practice lasts for one hour and runs from 7 - 8 pm.  The studio is located at: 1415 Queen Anne Road, Teaneck, NJ   

The studio is on the second floor of this corner building, which is next to Mexicali Live and across from Chase Bank. Now your holiday shopping this December just got easier...  JessE Designs will be selling our tees at the Stone Center for Yoga and Health as part of their first Holiday Bazaar at the yoga studio.   The event will start at 6 pm.  The studio is located at: 1415 Queen Anne Road, Teaneck, NJ
